In accordance with the Volaris Refund Policy, a traveller may receive a refund for a ticket if they cancel a Volaris flight within 24 hours after purchasing it. In contrast, if the passenger cancels the reservation after 24 hours, the airline will impose a cancellation fee and the remaining sum will be credited as a Volaris cancellation refund to the original source of payment. Passengers should be aware that under Volaris' cancellation policy, reservations that are cancelled less than seven days before a flight's departure will not be eligible for a refund.
